Build a system that autonomously finds qualified B2B leads, verifies their contact data, writes personalised outreach emails, and sends them with zero manual intervention per campaign cycle.
The Core Problem
Cold outreach was being done manually: hours spent on Apollo, copy-pasting emails, zero personalisation at scale. A sales rep could touch 20 leads a day. The system needed to handle 200+.
My Role
Full system architecture and build. Designed the AI actor selection logic, API orchestration layer, email generation prompts, and Slack notification pipeline, end to end.

Groq-Driven Actor Selection Engine
Built a decision layer where Groq (LLaMA 3) reads the campaign brief and autonomously selects the correct Apify actor to use for that specific lead sourcing task, with no hardcoded logic.
AI-Personalised Email Writer
Each email is generated by Groq using scraped company context, industry signals, and campaign goals, resulting in personalised copy at scale without human writers.
Lead Verification Pipeline
Integrated Hunter.io to verify email addresses before sending, eliminating bounce risk and protecting sender reputation automatically.
Real-Time Slack Reporting
Every campaign cycle pushes a structured report to Slack: leads found, emails sent, and bounces flagged, so the client has full visibility without logging into any tool.

The insight that drove this build: Most outreach tools give you a list. This system gives you a pipeline. The difference is that everything from "find a prospect" to "send the email" happens inside one automated loop, so the client's only job is to review what is working.

The Business Problem
The business was posting daily, getting DMs, and even going viral, but had no system to capture, qualify, or follow up with leads. Revenue from social was invisible and unmeasured.
What Was Missing
No lead database. No CRM. No follow-up sequence. No attribution, meaning they could not tell which content generated a single sale. The funnel stopped at the DM.
My Role
Designed the full system architecture: from social capture to sales pipeline. Built the n8n workflows, configured GHL pipelines, and wrote the AI qualification prompts.

Voiceflow Conversation Flows
Common inquiries such as pricing, services, and availability are handled entirely by a trained Voiceflow agent. It answers, qualifies, and books without any human involvement.
Smart Escalation Rules
Complaints and high-value opportunities are immediately escalated to a human via Telegram or GHL notification, with context, category, and conversation history already attached.
Support Ticket Creation
Customer support requests automatically generate a structured ticket in GHL, categorised, timestamped, and assigned, eliminating manual triage entirely.

My Role
Built the full data pipeline: API connections, Supabase schema, AI analysis layer, and Looker Studio dashboard. The client now gets an automated weekly intelligence brief every Monday morning.
